when click on the items, a pop up alert says "windows cannot find 'd:/.../outlook.exe ' /recycle", but the file is there.

Hi, thank you for this Klip.

Although, I came accross some problems while using it.

The first is what danio has stated in his/her post, it is also happening on my system.

Then, e-mail messages which has been downloaded from the server are still listed, even when the "Only show messages on server" checkbox has been ticked.

Looking forward to a resolution.

3.03 Update

Hello,

The 3.03 update that we just uploaded is a tiny fix that should reduce the number of CPU cycles this Klip uses when it refreshes.

We are also working on the next version of the Klip that will address the remaining issues. We'll let you know as soon as it is ready.

The issue where the default mail client was not launching turned out to be a problem with KlipFolio itself, which we have now fixed. If you upgrade to KlipFolio version 3.1, clicking items in this Klip will launch your default mail client.

Unfortunately, after installing version 3.1 over 3.0, I found with disappointment that the above mentioned problem ("windows cannot find 'c:/.../thunde~1.exe ' /recycle") persists...

Bug: Visited mails do not get grayed

When I click on a newly come email, Outlook opens and I read it. However, the email item in pop3 klip never gets grayed (to indicate that this item has been visited) and the number of emails on the title of pop3 klip remains constant (it does not decrease as it should).

The clip shows "Connecting..." then nothing happens. No new mails are shown, but I have new mails on the server. What can be the reason for this behavior?

Hi there
pretty nice mail notifier. Just it seems it does not work correctly with character sets defferent from Latin. This implyies that mail body preview does not show character coding properly. At the same time, subject of mail, recepient and sender are displaying properly.

I used Your Klip succesfully until my E-Mail provider changed to SSL-Connections only. Can You enhance Your klip for this ?? (I need a possibility to choose the used port)

Anyone having this problem needs to look at the command being used to launch their email client... I think you'll find that a quote is either missing or out of place.

I know I can run multiple copies of the klip, but that somewhat defeats the point of klipfolio - small compact information source - please modify to allow multipe mail accounts.

Please allow email list to be sorted by date (or subject or sender). I thought it used to do this, but perhaps not? As it is now, I cannot sort at all, and with dozens or hundreds of messages listed, the default alpha list is tedious. I know there's "find" but PLEASE, enable a date sort. THANK YOU!
