Sorting via freeware/trials and OS's would be nice like the Download.com one... but please don't do what they did... shareware is not free, so if I say "show me freeware" from a filter drop-down, I don't want to see trials in the list!

This is the second safest download site around after the one I just created.

You all have to remember these download sites allow developers to upload their software thus anyone site like that can get a malware product. But at least softpedia tells you what your getting into in the description unlike the rest where its russian roulette.

You want a download site thats 100% free from malware? You need to find a site that doesn't allow developers to upload software.

My site is exactly that. It has download links from the safest products around no malware what so ever because we test the links and won't allow developers to upload software.

Check out http://www.filephish.com/ and feel safe for one. Just understand it is still under development.
