This Klip is meant for Klip developers who want to create their own custom webcam-style Klip to distribute. If you want to do that, open the Klip file in a text editor and read the instructions.

If you just want to monitor a webcam using KlipFolio, then use the Webcam Tracker Klip instead: http://www.klipfolio.com/klipinfo/6367/Webcam_Tracker
